Impart Frameworks for programs

They finished your program.
They still aren't moving.

Impart Frameworks builds diagnostics that find the one constraint stopping a capable adult from acting, then route them to the framework built for it and one behavior to run this week.

Four minutes, in a browser, on a phone. It runs alongside whatever you already teach.

Six questions. If it is the wrong fit I will tell you instead of selling you a pilot.

Here for yourself rather than a program? Start here instead.

What Impart is

Impart Frameworks is a library of scored instruments and the frameworks they route to. The instruments are free to individuals and always will be. What a program buys is deployment: the instrument dropped into an existing cohort, staff trained to read a result, and pre-and-post data you can report.

A participant answers a series of questions and gets a scored result across four elements. The lowest of those four, never the average, decides which framework they are sent to and what single action they take that week. The frameworks are borrowed from published work. The routing is what we built.

It is not an assessment product and not a personality inventory. It returns one constraint and one behavior, and it is designed to sit underneath a technical curriculum rather than compete with one.

The Library

Four frameworks and one gate

Which one a participant needs depends on what is actually missing, not on where they are in your sequence. A pilot deploys one of these.

Thing
Finding what you're actually pursuing

The participant cannot name what they are going after, or names it and suspects it is not theirs.

Terrain
Reading any field, so you can find your place in it

They cannot say how the industry works or where they would stand in it. Runs repeatedly, at increasing depth.

Footing
Who are you being, before you commit

They know the thing and have not decided who they are being in it. Opens with the present, not the aspiration.

Build
The order of operations

They know the thing and need what to do in what order. Cycles rather than completes.

The gate — live today
The Belief System Audit

Not a fifth framework. It fires whenever someone knows what to do and is not doing it, which can happen at any point in a program. It is the only instrument available today and the one a pilot starts with.

What the research actually says

The part your curriculum leaves out is the part that decides the outcome.

0.05

Mindset interventions, corrected for publication bias. Functionally zero. A direct replication found beliefs genuinely changed while outcomes did not move at all. If you have run a mindset or motivation module and the follow-through never arrived, that was not your staff.

0.65

The same belief, specified as a behavior. Across 94 studies and more than 8,000 participants. The average person using an if-then plan outperforms roughly 74 percent of people who set the identical goal without one.

1 in 3

Feedback interventions that made performance worse, out of 607 effect sizes. What predicted the harm was where the feedback pointed: at the task it helps, at the self it hurts. Which is why this returns one action and never a personality profile.

Belief on its own barely moves outcomes. The same belief written as a specific behavior is one of the strongest effects in the field. Everything here is built to get a participant from the first to the second.

Why nobody has fixed this

Personal achievement is missing from curriculum on purpose.

Career and workforce curriculum teaches two things well: the technical skill, and the mechanics of looking for work. Neither addresses whether the person believes they can do it, or what happens the week they stop moving.

That omission is structural, not an oversight, and each reason it persists is also a reason a curriculum vendor cannot solve it.

It is not in the standards. Funding follows skills, credentials and placement, so nothing pays for the personal layer.
It is hard to measure, and an unmeasured construct cannot be invoiced.
It sounds like therapy, so risk-averse institutions route around it entirely.
Instructors are hired for trade expertise, not for diagnosing a stall.
Curriculum is cohort-shaped. The personal layer is individual by definition.
The number you are already accountable for

Placement is a matching problem.
Retention is a personal one.

WIOA measures employment in the second quarter after exit and again in the fourth. Retention with the same employer is defined as holding that job across both. So the Q2-to-Q4 drop is not a placement signal. It is a retention signal, and it is reported publicly.

Nothing in a technical curriculum addresses why someone who got the job stops showing up for it. That is a belief-and-behavior problem, and it is measurable.

We are not going to claim we move that number. We have no outcome data yet and will not pretend otherwise. What we will say is that it is a number you are graded on, nothing in your stack is built to touch it, and there is a pilot below priced to find out whether this does.

What a participant gets

One constraint. One action. Not a profile.

i
A scored result in four minutes

Four elements: whether the goal fits who they are becoming, who tests it with them, whether their behavior agrees, and whether they extract the lesson. Runs in a browser, on a phone.

ii
Their lowest score, never their average

Three strong and one weak still produces a belief that does not hold. The result names the one element breaking the chain and stays silent about the rest.

iii
One move, this week

Written as a behavior, because that is the half of the research that works. Small enough to run before the next session.

iv
A retake at ninety days

The delta is the data. It is also the pre-and-post your funder is going to ask for.

v
Nothing leaves the device

Written answers never transmit. Only aggregate percentages, and only if the participant opts in after seeing their result.

The pilot

A pilot priced to produce proof, not revenue.

That is what this pilot is priced to produce, and it is why the first three organizations get it at roughly a third of what it will cost afterward.
