You know what you should be doing. You're not doing it. That gap is not a discipline problem — it's a belief that never finished forming.
A belief is not a thought. It's a thought that survived four things at once. This audit finds which of the four is breaking your chain.
Each version is a strict subset of the next. Start short — extend later without repeating a question.
1. Echo chambers build limiting beliefs as fast as empowering ones. You need people who challenge you, not only agree.
2. Reflection can lie. Ask outright whether you're cherry-picking evidence.
3. Trauma and fear install beliefs instantly, bypassing all four elements. Healing comes before belief work. This is not therapy.
4. This is a mechanism, not a moral. Used on other people without their interest at heart, it's manipulation.

The Lowest Score Rule. You don't work on your strongest element — you work on your lowest. These four are a conversion chain, not a scorecard to average. Three strong and one weak still produces a belief that doesn't hold, because the weak one is where the conversion breaks.
