What it holds

Per endeavor, in one place.

Every answer, with a date: Each framework's steps with your answers, and a status for every one: not run, drafted, performed, due for a re-read, changed, gate firing. Thing is re-read at 180 days, the rest at 90.
A draft is not a position: Anything imported or pasted in carries a badge until you confirm it. An edit keeps what it replaced, so the trail is yours to read back.
Fills from your own material: Paste what you already have, or complete the blank sheet with any tool you like and import it. Every returned field arrives as a draft.
The weekly check-in: What you said you would do, what you did, whether the move was made, what new information arrived. Two misses with nothing blocking them opens the gate.
Stuck: The Router runs inside the hub. Four questions, nine destinations, the reason named in the framework's words and in yours, and the last times it happened shown back as a pattern.
