The Build Series.

Build your part, in the order every field follows.

A two-hour working session. Everyone in the room runs their own idea, business, project or job through the same seven steps, and leaves knowing which step they are weakest on and what to do about it.

Fitz Firm organizes the series and sells the tickets. The framework is Impart's. Every session is ticketed; none is free.

What a session is

Seven steps, one sheet, two hours.

Each step is a question with a second half that starts and just as important. The second half is the part people skip. You answer all seven for the one thing you are building, on a one-page Build Sheet, in the room.

Clarity
What is the idea, and just as important, what makes it unique and competitive?
Model
Where does it live, and just as important, how does that change how you do business?
Structure
What exactly are you providing, and just as important, how does that shape how you build?
Offer
What does it cost you and what will you charge, and just as important, what does it cost your customer not to work with you?
Proof
How does it reach your customer, and just as important, can you show it?
Review
What do your data, your processes and your customers tell you, and just as important, what will it take to grow?
Visibility
Who should hear about it, and just as important, in what order? Referrals, then outreach, then marketing.
What you leave with

A completed Build Sheet, all seven steps applied to your endeavor. Your weakest step, named. One next action tied to it. The steps are simple. Applying every one of them to your own thing is the work, and that is what the two hours are for.

After a session

One email arrives: the Build Sheet, so you can run the seven steps again on paper whenever the thing changes, and the free instruments.

The Router, four questions about the one thing you are building.
The Belief System Audit, for the step you know and are not doing.
The practitioner cheat sheet, for running it on someone else.

For organizations

Programs that want to run the same session with their own participants, with staff trained to read a result, license it through the pilot rather than buying tickets.
